Aim and brief description of nature of research and your involvement:

The Wellbeing diary is part of a research project led by Northumbria University that aims to apply, analyse and develop a wellbeing evaluation model that would allow users to become aware and reflect on present moment experience through an online wellbeing diary. The diary may be used to develop understanding of what contributes to or depletes wellbeing, or to track changes in wellbeing linked to changes in lifestyle, introduction of wellbeing habits or practices.

Your participation would involve reflecting on your present mood experience. It should take a few minutes to complete the diary.

What are the possible benefits of taking part?

You will develop understanding of what contributes to or depletes your wellbeing, and this would potentially inform decisions towards improving personal wellbeing.

Personal information policy

Any personal information that may be collected during the course of the research will be kept strictly confidential, will be held securely and will be anonymised. Participants may choose to contribute anonymously (without registering / logging in). Please note that if participation is anonymous it would not be possible for the participant to access or to withdraw their data from the study.
